Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

What currency do you accept? 

Since Otta-Italy is an Italian company and operates from Italy, all the prices on the website as well as the invoices, are in Euro.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed for dispatched, we’ll try and action this. Check the message in your order confirmation email, and send us a note with your order number to support@otta-italy.com.

How do I return a product?

To be eligible for a return, your regular priced item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it as well as original packaging, within 30 days from the delivery date. Which courier service will deliver my order?

Orders will be shipped using DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE delivery service and shipped from Florence, Italy.

How long will my order take to arrive?

It depends on the shipment’s country. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing before order ships. You may always use the provided tracking number for status of your shipment.

What is the shipping cost?

We use DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE price list which depends on weight,   package volume and destination of each shipment.
