Shipping Policy

All items are shipped from Florence, Italy.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Italian public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Italy: Free shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days.
European Union: Shipping rates are calculated by weight at checkout. Estimated delivery: 3–4 business days.
United States: Shipping rates are calculated by weight at checkout. Estimated delivery: 4–5 business days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped within the European Union, no customs duties apply. For orders shipped to the United States, customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in some cases; please note that these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@otta-italy.com and we will investigate the issue with the carrier.
