Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Italian public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Italy (Domestic) Free shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days.

Western & Northern Europe (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and others) Shipping rates are calculated by weight at checkout. Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days.

Eastern & Southern Europe (Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia) Shipping rates are calculated by weight at checkout. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days.

United States & Canada Shipping rates are calculated by weight at checkout. Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes For orders shipped within the European Union, no customs duties apply. For orders shipped outside the EU (including the US and Canada), customs duties and import taxes may be charged upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@otta-italy.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
